Qualified candidates will have strong experience with Microsoft Visual Basic and C++ and XML. Expeience with C# and .net technologies would be a plus.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Job Related Experience: One year of experience in programming/systems analysis in the financial services, or closely related field. Must be able to follow established guidelines to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems, referring non-routine matters to supervisor.
Functional Area Skills/Knowledge: Knowledge base will focus on job duties and the skills required to complete such duties. Must have a basic knowledge of the organization in order to answer questions with a basic level of technical skills. Strong communications and presentation skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with good follow-up skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems. Proficient in computer systems and personal computer use.
