Description: A dynamic and aggressive company in West Chester is currently seeking a network support Engineer. The eligible candidate should be a team player with strong verbal and written communication. The candidate should have proven ability to solve complex technical problems, multitask and be dedicated to resolving the issues at hand as well as contain a strong customer focus, as well as initiative and motivation.
The candidate will provide phone/email/fax consultation to debug system problems of increasing levels of complexity. Be willing to manage workload and other assignments efficiently while being able to resolve time-critical situations reliably and professionally.
The position requires solid experience in end user support including network and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting. Experience in Exchange 2000,
SQL 2000, Active Directory, Cisco Equipment including VPN, Switches, Routers, Symantec Velociraptors, or .Net Technology would be a plus.
You will perform the following duties:
• Support Network Engineer in the daily management and support of all systems.
• Provide support for internal and remote users
• Develop documentation and training programs for end users
• Work with Network Engineer on various issues including server upgrades, fixes, and other infrastructure modifications.
• Manage and monitor key infrastructure components including SQL Server Replication, Websites
