SUPPORT ANALYST
Feith Systems and Software Inc. is looking for a qualified
individual to fill an opening in our Customer Support department.
Feith Systems is a small, dynamic company that offers a fun and flexible
work environment. We are seeking creative, enthusiastic, and hard-working
individuals who desire to be part of a team. Our corporate office,
located in the Fort Washington Industrial Park is convenient to public
transportation, and major highways.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing
server-level support for Feith Imaging products as well as some third
party products. Assisting Feith Resellers' technical support groups.
Preparation and installation of Feith Imaging products. Unit and system
level testing of Feith products.
Requirements are:
1 - 3 years Experience
Windows95/Windows NT experience
Unix System Administration Experience
Familiarity with TCP/IP Networking
Solid communication & organization skills
Preferences:
BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in the following:
SQL
TCP/IP Network Administration
Windows NT System Administration
Database Administration (INFORMIX/Oracle)
System Administration Scripting Languages (sh, perl, or tcl)
