REQUIREMENTS:
Ph.D. in Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology/ related.
MBA preferred in addition.
Scientific staff recruiting, very strong management skills honed over 10 years.
Management skills must include the use of MS Project or Gant chart management.
Molecular biology background.
License and contract experience helpful.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
DUTIES:
Ensure development of strategies and models to promote and market DNA products.
Plan for successful sales and marketing of old and new products.
Liaise with business development/ industry leaders in relaed field to form alliances,
working relationships.
Financial, budgetary responsibilities.
PERMANENT POSITION.
Salary 6 figure range.
