Pam, I agree. I don't know. Whatever was unclear is still not clear? I guess
trails are ok as long as they keep dogs and horses off of it. No one wants to
step in doo-doo or urine when speed walking or jogging. I was never a horse
fan because of the flies. Horses belong in Valley Forge Park where they have
room to roam.
The bicycles are a problem too because they think they own the trails. They
should make bicylcles have squeeze horns and a headlight.
The Amish people can not give up their horses and look what happens. They get
run over by trucks and cars because they are slow and from a different
century.
