Actually you seem to be applauding the action of the most "Liberal"
circuit of the federal circuits extant. Further, it's only binding in
the 9th Circuit unless other circuits adopt it. Finally you might want
to review the politics of those suing to prevent what you describe as
"freedom of speech", it's not usually those you attack as one hint.
