I'm thinking of going up to Vancouver to see the fireworks tonight. I'd appreciate some information from anyone who's been there before:
1) How bad is traffic? How long does it take to get there from Tigard?
2) Where should we park? Do we walk from there or take a bus? Where exactly do the fireworks occur?

best to see them on this side of the river. far less traffic. I can't remember exactly where we were last year but we were right across form them.
