Dear Governor,
On June 9, 2003, I informed you of a pending scandal of corruption,
false arrest, false imprisonment and an indifferent Josephine County
Oregon Court/Sheriff's Office which no longer follow the Law of the
Land nor honor their oath of office to support and defend the United
States and Oregon Constitutions. I asked for your assistance to head
off the scandal.
Twenty Nine (29) days have now passed. I've received no word from
your office.
Please find enclosed a copy of AFFIDAVIT AND NOTICE OF DEFAULT/INVOICE
sent to MICHAEL B. BAIRD, CLAIMS MANAGER, STATE OF OREGON DEPARTMENT
OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, RISK MANAGEMENT DIVISION regarding joint
claim filed against STATE OF OREGON AND JOSEPHINE COUNTY. See: THE

It is evident, at least to this private man, that our State and County
bureacracies composed of "public servants" no longer see themselves as
such and thus no longer serve the Sovereign People, the real
Government.
