Description:
Must possess excellent problem solving and communication skills and be able
to relate to individuals at all levels within the organization.
Duties include, but are not limited to: instructing individuals on how to
use existing web based tools and to develop new tools; collaborating with
individuals or department representatives to develop systems for meeting
specific organizational needs.

work atmosphere. Encouraged to continuously learn and explore new ideas and
technology.

Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or in one of the
physical sciences.
Programming experience with UNIX, Perl and experience developing data
driven web applications required.
Desired skills:
Shell scripting: Bash, etc.
Languages: Perl, PHP, etc. Ability to pick up any language.
UNIX/Linux administration
Markup Languages: XML, XSL, HTML, Latex
Databases: mySQL, postgresql
