Funny how people can differ. I had little expectations for
Clinton, initially, and thought him just too conservative for
a Democrat. However, I was pleased with his efforts and
the inspiration he was to the people of this country, in spite
of his peccadillo/s. He served the people from day one.
The people showed their appreciation by voting him back
into office. Indeed, (IMVHO), had they had the opportunity
he would have been re-elected and still be in office. He must
have done something correctly, compared to the nightmare
in which we are now enveloped. (JSMOMVHO)

After *12* years of Republicans in the White House I had
huge expectations for Clinton.
The fact that he was our first Baby Boomer president(and I'm
a Baby Boomer) was also part of that anticipation. Our first
president to be born after WWII. It was a milestone for
my generation.

Obviously he did for lots of people. But it didn't work
for me. I still feel very badly that it didn't.
