the mourning jewelry? Or maybe it belonged to someone famous???

Unique to say the least....

The other day my 10 year old son, who often reads this newsgroup over my
shoulder, was looking through his 2002 Guinness Book of Records and found an
entry for the "Most Valuable Tooth" - which he thought you all would enjoy!
The entry is as follows:
"Most Valuable Tooth
In 1816 a tooth belonging to scientist Sir Isaac Newton (UK, 1642-1727) was
sold in London for 730 pounds / $3,633. This is approximately 25,000 pounds in
today's terms. It was purchased by an aristocrat who had it set in a ring."
What are the chances?????...............
