Awwww, Jon .... So sorry to hear that. You sure have had some
troubles in the last coupla years. Glad you're feeling better,
though. And we've missed your comments, OT or otherwise.

Many do. Unless you want to sit on a year plus HNS waiting list and be
treated like a lump of dog meat. Many, many people in the UK have
private medical health, if they can afford it.
I waited 2 months for a NHS hospital appointment. When it finally came
through the consultant couldn't see me (NHS) until a further 9 months. I
made a private appointment (under private medical health) within 24
hours and a further 24 hours later had the test/procedure carried out.
And I may add **carried out by the very SAME consultant** that couldn't
see for 9 months on the NHS. In short, the NHS in the UK is a load of
shite, unless one is actually dying, then of course, it's wonderful.
