WWI U.S. or French Army Wool Blanket, Exc.

This WWI U.S. Army or French Army Blanket is in excellent condition. It is mustard-color "herring-bone" wool with two (1" wide) orange stripes on each side. The blanket measures 63" x 81". There is absolutely no damage. There is no fraying and no holes. There are also no stains or any other defects.
The owner of the estate where this came from stated that this blanket was a French made blanket that their grandfather used in WWI during the campaign in Alsace-Lorraine. I cannot confirm this, but there may be some truth because most U.S. WWI blankets were grey in color rather than the mustard color. This is definitely a WWI blanket, however. This would add nicely to any WWI display.
